Understand Your Treatment
Explore what each procedure involves, how it is planned and the price information available. Your care begins with an individual clinical evaluation.

Dental Implants
From USD 1,899
A dental implant is placed in the jawbone to support a replacement tooth. Treatment is planned after assessing your oral health and available bone, with healing time before the final restoration when needed.
Includes the implant, Ti-base and zirconia crown.

All-on-4
Full-arch price guide below
A fixed full-arch prosthesis supported by four dental implants replaces the teeth in one upper or lower arch. The position of the implants is planned for your anatomy and bite.
Temporary fixed teeth may be fitted when clinical conditions allow; the final prosthesis follows healing.

All-on-6
Full-arch price guide below
A fixed full-arch prosthesis supported by six dental implants replaces the teeth in one upper or lower arch. A clinical evaluation and CT scan help determine whether this approach is suitable for you.
Treatment normally involves two trips. Temporary teeth and the timing of the final prosthesis depend on your case.

Subperiosteal Implants
Specialized assessment · Quote after evaluation
A custom titanium framework, designed from your CT scan, that rests on the jawbone beneath the gum instead of being placed inside the bone. It can support fixed teeth for selected patients with severe bone loss who are not candidates for conventional implants.
Suitability depends on a clinical evaluation and 3D imaging. As with any implant surgery, there are risks such as infection or exposure of the framework; alternatives are discussed before treatment.

Cosmetic Dentistry
Personalized treatment plan
Personalized care to improve the appearance, shape and color of your smile. We assess your teeth, gums and bite before discussing the cosmetic or restorative options that fit your needs.
The procedures, number of visits and cost depend on your individual plan.

Gum Disease Treatment
Quote after evaluation
Evaluation and treatment of inflammation or infection affecting the gums and tissues that support your teeth. Care may include professional deep cleaning and ongoing maintenance, depending on the severity.
Your examination determines the treatment and follow-up needed.

Zirconia Crowns
Quote after evaluation
A custom-made zirconia ceramic crown restores the shape and function of a damaged tooth. The tooth is prepared, an impression or digital scan is taken, and the crown is fitted and checked for your bite.
The design, shade and treatment stages are selected for your case.

Tooth Extractions
Quote after evaluation
Removal of a tooth that cannot be preserved or needs to be removed as part of your treatment plan. The dentist evaluates the tooth and surrounding structures before explaining the procedure and anesthesia options.
Aftercare and tooth-replacement options are discussed according to your needs.

Teeth Whitening
Quote after evaluation
Professional whitening lightens the color of natural teeth. We first check your teeth and gums to choose an appropriate approach and explain the expected results and possible sensitivity.
Whitening does not change the color of crowns, veneers or implant restorations.

Intraoral Scan
Quote after evaluation
A digital impression records the shape of your teeth and oral structures. The scan supports treatment planning and the design of custom restorations such as crowns and implant prostheses.
Photogrammetry for full-arch implants. We use the SHINING 3D Aoralscan Elite, an intraoral scanner that combines 3D scanning with intraoral photogrammetry. Coded scan bodies placed on the implants allow the scanner to record the position and angle of each implant with high precision, helping the lab design your full-arch prosthesis (All-on-4 or All-on-6) for an accurate, passive fit while reducing the need for conventional impression trays.
It may be combined with other diagnostic records required for your treatment.
Options for significant upper-jaw bone loss
Zygomatic, Transnasal & Pterygoid Implants
Specialized assessment · Personalized treatment plan and quote

Significant bone loss in the upper jaw can make conventional implant placement difficult. In selected cases, specialized implants can use alternative areas of bone to support a full-arch restoration. These options are not suitable for everyone and may be combined with other implants according to your anatomy.
Zygomatic implants
Longer implants anchored in the zygomatic bone (cheekbone). They may be considered when there is severe upper-jaw bone loss or when previous implant or graft treatment has failed.
Transnasal implants
An option for selected patients with severe bone loss at the front of the upper jaw. They follow a planned path through the nasal region to reach suitable bone higher in the maxilla. Precise three-dimensional imaging is essential, and the clinical evidence is more limited than for established implant approaches.
Pterygoid implants
Implants that gain support in the pterygoid region behind the upper jaw. They can provide posterior support when the bone in the upper molar area is insufficient.
Potential benefits
- Additional treatment options for selected patients with severe upper-jaw bone loss.
- Support for a fixed full-arch restoration when a suitable implant configuration can be achieved.
- In some cases, reduced need for extensive bone grafting or sinus augmentation.
Your assessment comes first. Planning requires a clinical examination, CT/CBCT imaging, review of your medical history and assessment of the nasal and sinus anatomy. These are complex procedures requiring specific surgical expertise. Risks vary by technique and may include sinus or nasal complications, infection, injury to nearby structures and implant failure. Alternatives, expected recovery and maintenance are discussed before treatment.
Temporary teeth and healing: fixed temporary teeth may be possible when implant stability and other clinical conditions allow. Same-day teeth and the timing of the final zirconia prosthesis cannot be promised before assessment. Follow the prescribed diet, hygiene instructions and follow-up schedule throughout healing.

Request an advanced implant assessmentMasseter Botox — Jaw Muscle Relaxation
Botulinum toxin treatment · Quote after clinical evaluation
The masseter is one of the main muscles used for chewing and clenching. Botulinum toxin injections, commonly known as Botox, temporarily reduce activity in the treated muscle. For selected patients with excessive masseter activity, treatment may be considered as part of an individualized care plan.
Potential benefits
- Temporary muscle relaxation: reduces excessive activity in the treated masseter muscle.
- Less forceful clenching: may reduce the force generated by the treated muscle in selected patients, without necessarily stopping bruxism episodes.
- Possible relief of muscle-related discomfort: some patients report improvement, but studies on jaw pain show mixed results and relief is not guaranteed.
Benefits vary with the cause of your symptoms and your individual response. Treatment requires a clinical assessment and an appropriate follow-up plan.
Dr. Adrian Moisa evaluates your symptoms, jaw function, medical history and medications before discussing suitability, alternatives and follow-up. The effect is temporary, and the response and need for further treatment vary. Possible side effects include bruising, chewing weakness and changes in smile symmetry.
This is not a cure for bruxism or every cause of jaw pain. Evidence for treating temporomandibular disorders is mixed; conservative options are generally considered first. Ask which product will be used and whether the proposed use is within its approved indications. Patient information: NIDCR.

Hyaluronic Acid Lip Filler
Lip enhancement · Quote after clinical evaluation

Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally present in the body. Injected into the lips, it adds volume, defines the lip contour and improves hydration. Dr. Adrian Moisa plans the amount and placement according to your facial proportions, so the result looks natural and balanced.
Potential benefits
- More volume: fuller lips in proportion with your face.
- Defined contour: a clearer lip border and improved symmetry.
- Hydration: softer, smoother-looking lips.
- Quick procedure: usually completed in a single visit.
Before treatment, we review your medical history, allergies and expectations. Results are temporary, typically lasting several months, and vary from person to person. Swelling, redness or bruising may appear during the first few days.
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if needed. Treatment is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with an active lip infection such as a cold sore.
All-on-4 & All-on-6 price guide: USD 13,000–14,000 per arch for All-on-4, USD 14,000–15,000 per arch for All-on-6, and USD 16,000 per arch for zygomatic implants, all with zirconia restorations. One arch means the upper or lower set of teeth. Your personalized quote depends on the materials, clinical needs and complexity of your case.
Planning your visits: Full-arch treatment normally requires two trips to Cabo San Lucas: the first for evaluation, surgery and temporary teeth when appropriate; the second for the final prosthesis after healing. The number of visits and timing depend on your case.
Prices are indicative. Your written treatment plan will confirm the procedures, inclusions and any additional treatment needed. Photos are illustrative and do not represent guaranteed results.
